"Get out of Babylon"

Isaiah 48:20

Babylon means the door of the gods in Persian and in Hebrew it means confusion. First of all, let's look at the reason why Babel is called Babylon. The Bible, beginning with Genesis chapter 7, tells us that when the people of Noah's day were grieved by God and did not have a repentant heart, they lost all flesh on earth, except for Noah, his family, and the rest of the creatures in the ark. : No matter what the history of a generation that does not obey God, it will not escape the wrath of God, even if its fame spreads all over the world. Pharaoh's greatness did not save him from drowning. "In the day of the wrath of the LORD it shall not be able to save." Zephaniah 1:18

God saved Noah and his family who did not submit to sin by believing in His name and in the ark of His mercy. God blessed them to multiply again on earth. After many years, there were many disobedient generations on earth. As they wandered from place to place until they found a comfortable place to live, they found the plain of Shinar, where their leader, Nimrod, consulted with them, saying, "Come, let us build ourselves a house, and we will build our own house." Who can stand before him? God shall arise, and his enemies shall be scattered ”Psalm 61: 1

Any power that comes out without God is the ultimate humiliation. God mixed their language and said that until that time the whole earth was one. But now their language is mixed, so that they do not hear and understand each other's language, and if there is no understanding, it is impossible to live together, to work together, and to eat together. Therefore that city was called Babylon.

From that time on, that country became a land of idolatrous kings who worshiped idols instead of God. Coming to the conclusion of our article, the Israelites who were chosen by God to be his people, Abraham and his descendants, were given the authority to be called God's people, but they offended God in many ways. His son Rehoboam, the son of King Solomon, once told the elders of Israel to ease the tax burden on your father, and he told them that it would be even harder for them. As a result, Jerusalem was divided into two kingdoms. Divided peoples are exposed to many things. King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon sent an army to burn Jerusalem and take its people captive to Babylon. There they lived as slaves for 70 years.

There is no freedom in Babylon, no peace, no joy, no satisfaction, no blessing. The watchmen in Babylon, the prostitutes, the thieves, the idolaters, the murderers, the murderers, the racists, are the messengers of Satan. That is why the Israelites were told to leave Babylon. Come out of Babylon and repent, all of you who are working to destroy the country with the wealth of the nation by sowing discord so that its people do not live in peace by doing the deeds of the Babylonians today.
